Larsoa is the deity of knowledge, possessing all written knowledge of past, present, and future; yet, he himself is not all-knowing. He is one of the more distant gods, but he is very well known and his influence is often sought. However, it can be difficult to turn his attention away from his books.

 

He is prayed to most often by those seeking knowledge or wisdom, such as students. Authors often seek his favor as well.

His domain is known to most as the Scrollspire Sanctum, a gleaming magic-soaked building that sits atop a floating island. Inside its halls one can find anything that has ever been written. It is said that the library is as much a part of him as his own wings or claws, and if he were to disappear, the library would disappear with him.

 

From simple love notes to massive scientific tomes, his library contains it all. Rumor has it that one could even find things that have yet to be written at all, things that would not be put to paper for generations. As one would expect, such a place is filled to the brim with security measures. The most obvious of them are the two massive stone dragons that patrol the island eternally, chasing off any would-be intruders. Additionally his Spectral eyes can be found just about everywhere one looks, and Larsoa is capable of seeing through each and every one of them. To be gazed upon by a Specter, is to be gazed upon by Larsoa himself.

Those who seek the knowledge contained in his halls first must find the Sanctum, which moves near constantly. Then, they may petition him for what they seek. Most leave empty handed, but convince him that your need is great enough, and he may allow you entry. Notably, he never just gives a petitioner what they seek. Instead he allows them the chance to find it themselves, putting them in the hands of his dear Fate.​
